Announcement The Northern California Section of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers will host its 38th annual one-day symposium on Friday, April 21st, at Stanfords Research Institute (SRI) campus in Menlo Park. This year's symposium theme is: Symposium topics will address the technological revolution underway in Silicon Valley and will cover the fundamentals of semiconductor processing, novel materials, lithography solutions, transistor structures and the role of equipment, material suppliers and the impact of information technology on the semiconductor industry. The symposium keynote speaker will be a high profile industry leader: Dr. Sunlin Chou, VP and General Manager, Intel's Technology and Manufacturing Group

101. Take Marsh Road heading West (away from the Bay). Turn

By Train and Foot: Take Caltrain to Menlo
Park Station. Walk South to Ravenswood Avenue and turn left.
