Make a difference in the lives of new graduates and refine your skills at the same time. AIChE (NorCal) and ACS (Santa Clara, San Francisco) sections have joined together to offer workshops at the universities in our area to help students learn interview skills. Students are coming to interviews with excellent credentials, but unprepared on how to interview. Volunteers will participate in mock interviews with students and provide feedback to help them.
Volunteers are trained by reviewing interview skills, interview styles, and typical questions asked in interviews. Student workshops were held in Spring 2005 and many more during the 2005-2006
school year. The number of schools we can visit depends on how many people volunteer and the time you are willing to donate.
Whether you are a new graduate or a seasoned professional you can make a difference! Fill in the form below to volunteer.
